This electric, boilerless Combi Oven/Steamer offers a capacity for (10) half-size sheet pans or (10) 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. It features a high-resolution, wifi-ready easyTouch control panel with 20 programmable stages and the capability to store up to 399 cooking recipes. Users can choose from (4) cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. The unit is equipped with an LED light, a triple-pane right-hinged door featuring an anti-microbial hygienic handle, and a multi-point core temperature probe. Additionally, it has a five-speed auto-reversing fan and comes with (5) wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose. The ConvoClean+ system provides fully automatic, hands-free cleaning. Built with stainless steel, this UL-Listed ventless model requires no hood (subject to local codes) and is ENERGY STAR ® certified.
