It is equipped with an integral exhaust system and boasts a durable brick dome, along with a stainless steel flue collar and adapter. The oven is finished with grade 1 tiles and supported by a sturdy steel stand. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph at 12.0 amps, it meets NSF, ETL-Sanitation, and cETLus standards. Proudly made in the USA.
