The Pizza Prep Table measures 60 inches wide and features a raised refrigerated pan rail that accommodates eight 1/3 size pans. It includes four convenient drawers, with an aluminum interior and a durable stainless steel and galvanized exterior. The unit is equipped with four 5-inch casters, two of which have locks for stability. It offers rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R404a, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor. Operating at 115V/60/1-ph and 8.5 amps, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
