The IKON Refrigeration Chef Base Refrigerator features a spacious 5.9 cu. ft. capacity and dimensions of 50 in W x 31-9/10 in D x 26 in H. It includes two drawers and is equipped with an electronic thermostat that allows for a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, displayed digitally via an LED screen. This model also offers an automatic defrost system and a marine edge design for added durability. The interior is constructed of aluminum, while the floor is stainless steel. The unit boasts a stainless steel top, front, and sides, along with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system utilizing R290 refrigerant. It is supported by 4-inch swivel casters, with two of them featuring brakes. Operating at 2.1 amps on a 115v/60/1-ph electrical supply, it includes a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. With a 1/3 HP compressor, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
